Anastacia believes in working with her clients to create a holistic treatment that is tailored to the needs of the individual. She is passionate about helping people find relief from pain and stress to facilitate greater health and balance within the body. Anastacia uses a combination of relaxation and therapeutic techniques interwoven with passive stretching and breath work to help maximize healing. She is also an experienced yoga instructor and utilizes her knowledge of biomechanics in her work. When she’s not helping melt your tension away, Anastacia spends her free time traveling, beekeeping, baking sourdough bread, and playing in nature.

G's massage style is deep, intentional and thorough with a focus on the treatment aspect of massage. They use deeper pressure followed by Trager techniques and mindful facilitated movement to calm the nervous system after more intense work. Communication and safety are cornerstones of G's practice to best address pain, rehabilitation and mobility. G comes to massage with over a decade of knowledge managing their own chronic pain. Though they excel at working with large muscle groups, G also enjoys giving attention to the feet as they are a huge contributor to the body’s entire postural makeup and consequent holding patterns.
